Free Delivery on all Items

Domestic (United States): 1-2 Business Days via USPS Overnight Shipping

International (Outside United States): 1-3 Business Days via USPS Global Express Guaranteed.

All packages are shipped requiring signature upon delivery to prevent theft. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered without someone available to receive and sign. We will work to reschedule delivery. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees accrued during this process.

In backorder instances, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipment. 

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping at Baylor Laurent.

- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately and return it within 10 business days. After we have received the item, it will be inspected, repaired,  and sent back to you. In the event that the item cannot be repaired you will receive a 100% refund. 

- If you receive the wrong item from what you ordered, please contact us immediately and return it within 10 business days. We will correct the matter and send you the item you intended to purchase. 

- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, in regards to the aesthetic of an item, or if an item was purchased as a gift and the recipient did not care for the item, please contact us immediately and return it within 10 business days. There will be no refund of the purchase, however, store credit will be issued for use within one year of the original purchase.

- There are no Refunds or the issuance of Store Credit on Bespoke orders.
